Foundations of Fascial Maneuvers Workshop in St. Louis:
Discover What Your Body Has Been Trying to Tell You
What if the tension you’ve learned to live with is not a sign that your body is broken,
but instead a reflection of how it has adapted?
Join Human Garage Certified Coaches Dr. Gail Cloud and Deidre Freer for an
experiential workshop exploring fascia as a system of connection, communication,
and resilience.
Through guided fascial maneuvers and education, you’ll gain practical tools to better
understand your body’s patterns and actively support your well-being.
About This Workshop
This workshop is designed as an introduction to fascial maneuvers and the deeper intelligence of the body.
Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports the muscles, bones, organs, and nervous system. Over time, stress, injury, trauma, repetitive movement, and emotional holding can influence how fascia adapts.
In this workshop, we will explore how gentle movement, breath, awareness, and opposing forces can help you begin listening to your body in a new way.
This is not about forcing the body to change.
It is about learning how to work with the body, rather than against it.
Together We’ll Explore
-
Why stress often becomes our “normal”
-
How fascia influences movement, emotions, and adaptation
-
The body’s innate intelligence and capacity for change

Glimpse Into a 2:1 Session
About the 2:1 Fascial Movement Sessions
The video excerpt above offers a glimpse into the type of individualized experience during a 2:1 Fascial Movement Session with Dr. Gail Cloud and Deidre Freer.
Each session is unique, using Human Garage-inspired fascial maneuvers, guided movement, and BodyPresencing™ coaching. These sessions create an opportunity to listen more deeply, move with greater awareness, and explore what the body may be communicating through tension, restriction, posture, movement, or sensation.
Many participants report feeling lighter, more connected, more grounded, and more aware of the relationship between their physical experience and their emotional well-being.
Every session unfolds differently based on the individual's goals, readiness, and unique patterns.

A Note from Gail
One of the reasons I became interested in fascial maneuvers is because this work teaches us how to work with ourselves. Not enough of us have been taught how to listen to our own bodies, how to notice what our tension may be communicating, or how to support ourselves with presence and consistency.Fascial maneuvers are simple, but they can be profound. They invite us to slow down, breathe, move with awareness, and begin recognizing that the body is not separate from our emotions, our experiences, or our stories. This workshop is an opportunity to begin that conversation with your body.
