The curriculum for the Advanced Training Program includes facilitator training in areas specific to becoming a master facilitator as well as an in-depth exploration of some important topics that come up in Family Constellations. We conclude the training with real life case studies and how professional Family Constellation facilitators successfully navigated them. Topics include but are not limited to the following.

 

Facilitator Training:


• Commitment: What it Means and How it Impacts Facilitation and Group Dynamics


• The Dynamics Behind the Inability to Commit


• The Dynamics of Facilitation:

        o How to Create Powerful Containers for Transformation
        o How to Introduce Family Constellations Therapy as a Healing Model
        o How to Facilitate Authentically
        o How to Mindfully Hold the Whole and the Circle
        o How to Empty Yourself and Allow Possibility
        o How to Invite Everyone to Their Rightful Places


• How to Identify Facilitation Blind Spots and the Dynamics Behind Them

Program Details:


The program is a mixture of conference calls, DVD’s, email, and face to face training. Each month you can expect some combination of the following:


• Sixty-minute conference calls on the second Wednesday of every month at6pm Central


• Unlimited access to a private web page with conference call recordings and other resources


• Monthly DVDs related to that month’s curriculum topic


• Unlimited email access to Gail and Judy (as well as to all other participants)


• Complimentary copy of “An Introduction to Family Systems Dynamics” Companion Guide



April 2014 Workshop:


This exciting workshop will be conducted from 9am to 4pm on Thursday-Friday, April 3-4, 2014 at a location to be announced. The session will focus on facilitating for each other and how to co-facilitate. We will also explore the option of co-facilitating as we deepen each other’s understanding of ourselves and the work. The workshop agenda will be developed and shared during the course of the year-long Advanced Training.

Course and Two Day Workshop Fee:



Eleven monthly payments of $76 per month will cover your participation for both the Advanced Training Course and the April Workshop. Participants will be responsible for their own transportation and lodging. However, we are negotiating special group rates for the hotel.
